What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 15:00, and the latest check-out time is 11:00. Please bring and present a valid national ID card or passport upon check-in.

 

Child policy & family rooms

1 child up to 6 years of age can share parents’ bed at no extra charge.
We also have rooms with one extra bed for 1 child up to 12 years for SEK 100 per night.

In some rooms there is also a sofa bed (140 cm) for up to 2 children (maximum 12 years) for SEK 100 per night per child.

Breakfast at Gothia Towers

After a good night’s sleep here at Gothia Towers, we hope you’re feeling both happy and hungry. Welcome to our generous breakfast buffet.

For guests in our Suites and Sky rooms, we serve breakfast at Imagine on the 29th floor.
Breakfast times:
Monday – Friday 06.30-10.00 am
Saturday 07.00-11.00 am
Sunday 07.00-11.00 am

For overnight guests, breakfast is included. 

Express Breakfast at Bryggan

Early bird or in a hurry? Express Breakfast is served at Bryggan, right next to restaurant Estrad, level 2. Eat in or take away.
Open: Monday to Sunday: 04:30-07:00.
Our Express Breakfast consists of bread rolls, juice, fruit, yoghurt, croissant and pain au chocolate.

Do you offer breakfast options for allergy sufferers?

Yes, we have a wide range of breakfast options, including gluten- and lactose-free alternatives.

How can I book a room using a gift card?

If you have a gift card or a voucher, you can book directly by telephone or e-mail.

How can I amend/cancel/check my booking?

Bookings made via our website can be amended/cancelled/checked online. Click on “Manage online reservation” under “Book”.
Bookings made directly by telephone or e-mail will not be shown on our website. To amend/cancel/check these bookings, please contact the hotel by telephone or e-mail.

Can I make a booking via the website without entering my credit card details?

All bookings made via the website must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number.
You will then pay at the hotel, unless otherwise stated.

I haven’t received a booking confirmation. What should I do?

Please contact the hotel, and we will send you a manual confirmation. If you do not have a booking confirmation when you arrive, you can check in using your name.

How old do I have to be to stay at the hotel?

You must be at least 18 years old to check in at Gothia Towers.

Can pets stay at the hotel?

We only have a few rooms in which dogs can stay. To book a dog room, please call or e-mail the hotel booking team direct.
