The sabre à champagne, or sabrage as it’s known in English, is the most spectacular way of all to open a bottle of champagne. This involves using a sabre to slice off the neck of the champagne bottle, in spectacular fashion. We perform the ceremony on our roof, with stunning views at our feet.
The basic price includes presentation and storytelling by our sommelier. The sommelier demonstrates sabrage with the first bottle. Book the number of bottles would like to try sabrage on yourself.
One bottle is enough for 6 glasses of champagne.
Delicious canapés can also be ordered in connection with your sabrage session.
The following prices apply for groups of up to 20 people. Larger groups can be quoted for separately.
Sommelier charge: SEK 1,596 per group, including one bottle of champagne
Extra bottles: SEK 600 each
Canapés: SEK 148 per person
(Groups of more than 15 will be divided up into smaller groups.)
